  • How to choose my BAYA mats?

  • How do I clean my mat ?

    A small cleaning instructions will be delivered with your mat. We make no secret of the fact that our Super cleasing Spay with natural essential oils is our best friend! Otherwise, a little water and dishwashing liquid will also do the trick.

  • Can the products be harmful to me?

    Absolutely not. All our products are non-toxic to your health. The products used are phthalate-free and do not contain latex (soft range). Our Super Spray is made with 100% natural ingredients (but be sure to follow the instructions on the label).

  • Where are the products manufactured?

    For mats, bricks and straps, we design the products in France and produce them in Ningbo, China, under the SGS social and environmental safety standards. We visit our suppliers and their factories twice a year to ensure the conformity of production. The factory we work with is ISO 9001 certified. This is as important to us as it is to you. The meditation cushions, all filled with vegetable fibre, are made with our partner in Poland. Sprays and candles are made in France..

Orders

  • I want to place an order on the site, what should I do?

    For any order placed on our website www.baya-france.fr, it is necessary to create an account in advance. Then, you just have to put items in your basket by clicking on the button "Add to basket". Once in your basket, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (basket, address, delivery, payment). By validating your order you validate and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of our site.

  • Where can I find the tracking of my order?

    In the space of your account, click on the "Your orders" section. This allows you to access the list of your orders and their status. The Colissimo tracking link will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.

Delivery

  • What are the delivery times?

    Delivery times are between 4 and 5 working days for standard delivery or 1 to 2 working days for express delivery.

  • How much will the delivery cost me?

    The products are delivered free of charge if the order is equal to or greater than 100 euros of purchase. Below this amount, delivery is charged (from 5,40 euros).

  • What can I do if I am absent on the day the delivery is scheduled?

    In case of absence, the postman leaves the parcel or a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can pick it up at your post office. In case of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service who will give you the Colissimo number associated with your order. You will then be able to track the delivery of your package on the website www.colissimo.fr.

  • Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

    When you place an order in step 1 « Addresses » you have the possibility to add an address different from your delivery address by unchecking the box « Use the same address for billing». You can also change your addresses in "My Account", by clicking on "My Addresses" and thus select an address for delivery and add a billing address.

  • What delivery options are available to me?

    The Customer can choose among the following delivery methods: - Standard delivery: Colissimo at home (48h to 72h) - Express delivery: Chronopost at home (24h to 48h) - DHL: for international shipments.

Exchange and return

  • I have just received my product but I would like to return it and be refunded. What should I do?

    Products can be returned within 14 working days in their original condition. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us and proceed as follow once your order is delivered:

    1° Login into to your Baya account and select “My orders”

    2° Select “Return” next to your order

    3° Follow the instructions.

    4° Select “My returns” to get return address.

    The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us.

    We will credit back your money within 10 working days from receipt of returned items.

    In the event of manufacturing defect:

    - make sure to contact us with product photos

    - select “defective product” when returning the item

    - returned costs will be covered by us.
